Cancellation Policy
When you schedule a blood draw or specimen collection with us, you are reserving a time slot that becomes unavailable to other patients. Late cancellations or no-shows not only affect the availability of our phlebotomists but also prevent other patients from receiving timely care.
To be respectful of our team and fellow patients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel, please call 201-878-4542 and leave a detailed voicemail, or use the link provided in your original confirmation email to manage your booking.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late if it is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, your $25 deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Deposits made to secure your appointment are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
- If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be credited toward a future appointment, but no cash refunds will be issued.
- In the rare event that EGMPHLEBOTOMY must cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
